After allowing the user to enter different properties on the item level, we found that in addition to the need to print the same properties on output documents (Sales Order, Quotation, Invoice etc.), there is a need to print the properties of the item on the Purchase Order. This way, more secure ordering of goods is enabled, as it will clearly indicate to your supplier the items and their characteristics that you want to order.

Now simply turn on the PRODUCT PROPERTIES field on the Purchase Order content setup

Example: The entered Purchase Order with items that have product properties.

When you print or download the document, the properties will be displayed for each item individually.
