When our users asked us whether it was possible to send items from ERPAG through a carrier service, we considered the possibility of implementing such option. However, a question is raised - by which carrier service will products be sent? There are hundreds of them! Implementation of each and every individual carrier service would last for a long long time and coverage of the users' needs would be rather small. By exploring potential solutions, we decided for the POSTMEN service where once implemented by APPLICATION API, we cover over 46 different carrier services at once. After several weeks of development and testing, the implementation was successfully completed.
Now all our users have the ability to receive Rate before sending the items and to generate a label with a Tracking number that you can print, stick on the parcel and send it to your customer. This option is available through the web and mobile app interface.
