All our clients know and love our filter/group/search option. It enables you to create custom reports and export them to xls.

The only problem was - once you group a certain report, and export it, it's exported as it was by default. You can still filter it and customize it in xls as well, but what's the point if you already spent your time doing it in software already?

That's why we took a different approach, as implied by our client, and changed the way customized reports export to xls.

Group your report by any column (in our case, it's a sales report, grouped by SKU).

Then export it to xls as usual.

The leading column in exported xls will be the column you grouped the report by. In our case - SKU.
