Locking purchase price
________________________________________________________________________________
Changelog 2019-04-17
In order to prevent your employees from letting a wrong purchase price slip through the Purchase order, we changed the logic behind the user authorization - edit: purchase price.
By locking this option, the user is unable to edit the purchase price and purchase amount on the purchase order.
This way, the user has to go to the product, and alter the purchase price there (the purchase price is unlocked on the item level).
Note: After correcting the purchase price in the product, the operator should go back to the purchase order, delete the product from the PO, and pick it again from the drop-down menu, in order to have the item with the updated price. The purchase price won't update automatically since the changes made in the system don't apply retroactively.
Regards,
ERPAG Inc.
